Our story
NS BAT 33 at a glance
Set up in Cenon in 2020
NS BAT 33 opened its head office in Cenon in August 2020. Since then, project has followed project, on the Right Bank as well as in the historic districts of Bordeaux.
Private clients and businesses
Houses and flats on one side; shops, restaurants, practices and offices on the other: NS BAT 33 renovates for both, with the same way of working.
Customers who recommend us

How we work
What you can expect from us
A company that answers for its work
If a question comes up where two trades meet, between the plumbing and the tiling for instance, it is up to us to answer it. You keep a single company responsible, during the work and afterwards.
A single invoice to pay
Every trade on your project appears on one invoice, which follows the signed quote. You can keep track of your budget at a glance, line by line.
A direct line, in English too
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm: one call to +33 7 81 80 46 39 is all it takes for a question, a detail on the quote or an update on progress, in French or in English.
How we work
How a project unfolds
- 1
You describe your project
By phone or with the online form, you tell us what you want to transform. We call you back to pin the project down: the rooms involved, your priorities, the timing you have in mind.
- 2
An itemised quote
Demolition, plumbing, plastering, painting: each job has its own line and its own price. You see exactly what you are paying for and decide with all the facts, before you sign anything.
- 3
Each trade in turn
Demolition opens the project, followed by plumbing and electrics, partition walls, floors, joinery and painting. We organise this sequence: each trade starts on the finished work of the one before.
- 4
Handover, room by room
We go over the work with you and record any snags on the handover report. That date starts your guarantees: one year for completion (garantie de parfait achèvement), two years for equipment (garantie biennale), ten years under the builder's guarantee (garantie décennale).
