How we work
How a project runs
- 1
You describe your project
By phone or with the online form, you tell us what you want to transform. We call you back to pin the project down: the rooms involved, your priorities, the timing you have in mind.
- 2
An itemised quote
Demolition, plumbing, plastering, painting: each job has its own line and its own price. You see exactly what you are paying for and decide with all the facts, before you sign anything.
- 3
Each trade in turn
Demolition opens the project, followed by plumbing and electrics, partition walls, floors, joinery and painting. We organise this sequence: each trade starts on the finished work of the one before.
- 4
Handover, room by room
We go over the work with you and record any snags on the handover report. That date starts your guarantees: one year for completion (garantie de parfait achèvement), two years for equipment (garantie biennale), ten years under the builder's guarantee (garantie décennale).
FAQ
Your questions
Can I hire you for just one trade?
Yes. A shower to replace, a ceiling to repair, a living room to repaint: each trade can have its own quote. If more work follows, it joins the same contract and carries on from what has already been done. That way you keep the same company from the start of your work to the end.
Which trades does a kitchen or bathroom renovation need?
A bathroom usually involves strip-out, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and painting. A kitchen often calls for the same trades, plus joinery for the doors and panelling. NS BAT 33 brings them all together under one contract and has each one come in at the right time.
A tradesperson for each trade or a general contractor: which should you choose?
With a tradesperson for each trade, you sign several quotes, you organise when each one comes in and, if a defect appears where two jobs meet, each answers only for their own part. With a general contractor, a single contract covers everything: coordination is included and one company is answerable for the result. To decide, compare the quotes line by line.
