The quote request form collects your name, telephone number and email address, whether you are a private individual or a business, your town, the type of work and your message. This data is used solely to reply to your quote request and to contact you again about it.

Legal basis: your quote request, as a step taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). The tick box before sending only confirms that you have read what your data is used for: the processing is not based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

The data is sent to NS BAT 33 by email. Two technical service providers are involved: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery), both based in the United States. No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Vercel Inc. and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) are American companies: the form data may be processed in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which both companies have joined, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, included in their data processing agreements. Their commitments are published in Vercel's privacy notice (opens in a new tab) and in Resend's data processing agreement (opens in a new tab).

The data is kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.

This website sets no advertising cookies and no audience measurement trackers, so no consent banner is needed.
